Cooling-off and pre-session changes
Consumers in the European Union generally enjoy a fourteen-day withdrawal window for distance contracts. If you explicitly asked us to begin a personalised digital service during that window, you may still owe a proportionate amount for chapters already supplied, calculated transparently from the order summary.
If no session took place and no bespoke files shipped, we refund the full prepayment as soon as banking rails allow verification.
Partial completion
Where a multi-week programme lists discrete milestones, cancellation mid-way may credit unconsumed modules rather than automatically returning the whole fee. We document the arithmetic so you can reconcile against calendar reality.
Step-by-step request
- Email online@recovereuyoung.world from the address used at purchase, quoting the order identifier.
- State whether you seek full reversal, partial credit, or rescheduling—rescheduling may avoid fees when sufficient notice is possible.
- Allow five working days for an administrative acknowledgement investigating payment state and delivery logs.
- If approved, we instruct reversal through the original payment route; card networks may post on their own cycles.
Funds posting timeline
After internal approval, expect the money movement process to finish within fourteen banking days in ordinary conditions. Cross-border cards or niche payment brands occasionally add latency visible only in your issuer’s app.
When refunds may be limited
Custom narrative documents already emailed in full, or a session that ran at the agreed time with your attendance, may be partially or wholly non-refundable depending on costs already sunk and statutory minima.
Abusive chargeback patterns harm small teams; we contest inaccurate payment disputes with transaction metadata while still honouring legitimate refund rights.
If you believe a technical failure blocked access to purchased files, describe the browser, time zone, and any error string so engineering can reproduce before we settle financially.
Escalation
Unresolved disagreements may be mediated through consumer assistance bodies applicable to Finland-EU trade. Nothing in this page aims to remove mandatory rights; where mandatory law sets a higher standard, that standard prevails.
